Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment

We have completed over 30 Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments for a wide range of projects including housing developments, individual homes within AONBs, commercial developments, solar farms, wind turbines and anaerobic digester plants.

We pride ourselves upon the thoroughness of our reporting and its landscape integrity. Assessment often leads to recommendations which are adopted by developers and which improve the project and minimise any adverse effects arising from the proposal.

We work to the Guidelines for landscape and Visual Impact Assessment jointly published by the Landscape Institute and the Institute for Environmental Management and Assessment published in 2013. more details can be found here.
